Yeah, I used to work at a restaurant where the chefs all used "Cut Gloves" basically, it was one chain mail gauntlet per chef. It looked kinda goofy, but I NEVER saw one get cut in over a year of working there.

Don't you just hate when you are working on a new, challenging custom and go to bed and can't sleep because you havem't figured the problem out yet? So you end up customizing til 3 in the morning, then gotta be up at 6:30 to get the kid ta school.
