Small Joes > HTS

At the last minute, I decided I needed a couple more things.

Late last Friday I made an order from Smalljoes.com and another from hasbrotoyshop.com.

The order from Small Joes came in Monday with everything arriving in perfect condition.

The order from HTS finally arrived today and there were some issues.

All of the items were just thrown in a box with no filler.
This Storm Shadow card was so bent that the bubble popped completely loose.

This Darth Sidious was so bent it could stand on it's own.

The only thing that was unharmed was the Ironman 2 Whiplash figure I got on clearance for $2.
The SW figure cost me $9.99

I don't mind because both of them are being stripped of gear for other projects, but a heads up to everyone out there...

My Zarana arrived in an unpadded box too. Thank goodness it was still flat and undamaged.

What if that SS was going to a kid for Christmas? Not enough time to return it for another. I hear people complain about the lack of shipping material all the time. That's just bad business, especially for an online-only store.

they are weird on the shipping, but stuff I get from them is getting opened anyway!

I might have been pissed about Zarana.

The stuff from small joes wasn't all bubble wrapped either, but it was at least put into an appropriately sized box so that the items inside didn't destroy each other.

One heavy item in the whole mix. Luckily that was the gift. lol

My Last order from Small Joes was for 2 25th Ann Target Only Hisstanks with bunch of figures. They used Popcorn Stroform to make sure that all was well.

So I talked to the owner of small joes at joe con.

I asked about my order and he said it would ship as soon as he got back.
He got the cases one hour before he left for con.

He shipped them Monday and I had them Tuesday.

He also threw in a shirt that I wanted at con but he was sold out.
He had more in the warehouse and gave it to me for con price.
