I Don't Get It....

From what I understand there are about 40 tankers that are out to cause a stir and those are who are heavily moderated. Well.. guess what?? Those 40 people are probably here now. And we all get along just fine so I am really having trouble understanding why they dislike us so damn bad!

because we have independant thoughts and like to act like adults who want to have fun like adults.i kinda set something in motion to fiind out who the head mod is so they can start to monitor the mods who need to be watched.hopefully we'll see some changes in the near future.

I guess that is as close to a policeman they will get without having to actually shoot someone.

Things on the tank have gotten out of hand this week.

The game is going to be moved to the Spam section (if not shut down completely)
Batty is banned
Sho is banned
BFJ, Kneroh and HD all got infractions
A social group has been shut down because people commented that the treatment from the mods was unfair.

Its turned into a police state.

I saw it comin guys. I was the rebel over there tryin to fight the system. Everyone thought I was just a troublemaker.

Yeah, they were picking on you and a few others, but I thought that was something of a relatively isolated incident.

Yeah, you had a mis-step or two, but they were a bit harsh, but at least when they went after someone, they at least had some past history, but this week, they're basically going after anyone who just happens to play the game.

I believe some of you guys might be getting hit in retaliation for coming over here. I am sure someone from over there is watching this forum as a guest.

And they do watch other foruns hoping to find tankers and see them say something stupid like bragging about multiple accounts and the like. Echo7solo told me he has done that.

I think the mods are pissed because some of our post counts are so damn high. I know BLUE has over 10,000 and I am working on 9,000. I guess only mods should have post counts that high. I am relaying what I have heard from Cobra Crimson. I just don't understand. THEY HAVE 15,000 members and choose to lower the boom on 40. The most that was ever on that site was like 1,000 people and most of the time it is just 2 - 300 per day. I am trying to invite everyone here so we can talk like normal friends and not get shot down every time we say something wrong!

All I want out of the Tank is to make some damn good deals with people. And with all the crap going down there... EBAY LOOKS REAL FREAKING SAFE!!!

i hear what you guys are saying.in the past couple of days i've sent a few pms to the older mods on the other sites hoping to bring to their attention the shits thats going on over there with no responses yet.if there is a snitch here then all the can say is kiss my pink irish @ss.thanks for allowing me to vent and have a nice day.

I want everyone to knwo this.. When my Ban is over, I will not be coming back to the Joe or Cobra threads for various reasons. Anyone that post in those 2 areas are begging for infractions or banning. I will not be playing the Hisstank game anymore. Once you sit here during a ban and start thinking about stuff... it makes you wonder why you even joined the forum in the first place. Hell.. I am almost afraid to make a post there because they may be sitting there with a hair-pin trigger finger just waiting for a chance to cut me loose.

hey bats,after the last few days i've been doing some serious thinking myself about my future on the tank.to be honest the only reason i even go on there is to see what maybe coming out,the customs and to chat with everyone who is now here.the downside to the matter is i made a committee to play in the next game,but if i was to say get banned then well my committement is kinda negated.so people what do you think?should i join the hallowed hall of bannedment like bats and blue?let me know.

Delta... you should stay on the Tank as a lurker like the person I will become over there. I don't have to post to get the info I seek... but PM works wonders if you have friends and they can pick stuff up for you when you can't find it. So don;t get banned.. just lurk your A$$ OFF!!!

I'm beginning to think this is the only thing to do until they de-mod a LOT of people over there.

I'm really disappointed with how things have gone. It was a great place until just a few months ago, but its just not right what's going on there.

It seems like the game there is indeed the target to be shut down, and I think its only a matter of time until they do it officially or the current bullshit causes everyone to leave.

Well gang I am still on the tank, mostly because to just go away would give them suckers what they want. And there are still some fun things to do, like trade and such. When I run out of stuff to sell though.....

The game, and all related threads will stay put for the remainder of the year. It will be several weeks before any action is taken to change that .

We have a chance to prove that we can be drama-free and obey the rules. So I encourage EVERYONE to get in the threads and post like mad, WITHIN THE RULES!

Prove that the last two days was an isolated incident and we can keep everything as is.

But for that I need EVERYONE!

I don't know if it's worth going back to though dh, there's always going to be another mod with something up his butt and trying to prove himself to who knows who/what! I don't plan on getting banned from that site but if I do, oh well I guess.
