Cops: Man stuffs Cheetos in shirt, Ho Hos in pants

NAPLES, Fla. — A man is under arrest after allegedly stealing a bag of Cheetos and some Ho Hos from a Hess gas station.

Authorities say Alfonso Matyises allegedly refused to return the Cheetos he hid underneath his shirt.

When asked to leave the gas station, the report states he refused, even after being warned he would be placed under arrest.

As the deputies tried to handcuff him, they say Matyises resisted heavily.

Deputies managed to control Matyises and place him under arrest.

The report states deputies later found Ho Ho's hidden in Matyises' pants.

Matyises is charged with trespassing and petit theft.

It ain't easy bein' cheesy, but it's easy being a complete dumb ass!

Now we have resorted to HO HO's and Cheetos!! All he needed now was some Kool Aid and a lady and he woulda had it made!!

LOL...

Ya know, I've busted a few people for shop lifting in the past. It's always a weird situation.

"Officer I swear them ho hos was in the pants when I put em on this morning."

Ya know Blue, I wouldn't doubt that someone had tried exactly that line.

I have a friend on the web who is a cop in Vegas. He told me a story one time.
Apparently, a guy asked him for a ride home. Departmental policy is that you get frisked anytime you get into a cop car in Vegas. Matt pats the dude down, pulls a bag of weed out of the guy's pants and hears, "Honestly officer, these aren't my pants."

True story.
