Yeah it seems like all the people involved in this one generally want everyone to forget about that last piece of crap. So much so that I have heard rumors that they kill Chaning Dukem off.(Just hearsay though)

You know, if you piece it together, it seems very likely that Duke will be gone.

I hope it isn't like the cartoon and he somehow survives.

I wonder if that's why they have been screening alternate endings.

Hasbro is probably resisting killing off that Duke head sculpt.

im just glad this one has elements from the cartoon/comic/toys that we all grew up with and identified with.
The first one, was not a GI Joe movie. You cant take the mythos of an entire property like that and change everything around like making duke and baroness exes and baroness and CC siblings just to get a script in place. it made no sense and was righfully panned by all. This one already looks far superior.
