My wife just freaked out... hilarious!!!

OK... we went to the Dairy Queen tonight and got some burgers and I made some fries while flipping between 2 1/2 Men and True Lies (Great Movie). Well.. my daughter had a weird look on her face and then said her mom that her teeth started to hurt. So she got up in her lap and my wife started looking around. I then heard the words "OH MY GOD!!!" So I am in the kitchen and I look at her and say ... WHAT'S WRONG!!??? My wife said in a frantic voice... "HER TOOTH IS LOOSE!!!" Well.. at this point I just start snickering. I get the evil eye from her and then I pick up the phone. "WHO ARE YOU CALLING!!!???" I just snickered and walked to the back of the house and called my mom and asked her what age my teeth started to fall out and she said it was around 5. I also did a little search on the net and people were saying between the ages of late 4 to 7 yr olds. So I walk back in the living room and my wife still has a crazy disturbed look on her face. I told her to calm down.. and I still do not think she is calm. She wigs out over some of the craziest stuff! AND I CAN'T WAIT TO GET PICS OF MY SNAGGLETOOTH KID!!! Woo Hoo!!!! So anyone else have some tooth stories to go along with mine?

OH... something else! While my wife was freaking out my daughter said this: "Mommy, if one of my teeth falls out, I can put it under my pillow and the Tooth Fairy will bring me some money!!!" NOW THAT IS A PRICELESS MOMENT!!

Well my daughter just turned 5 just one month ago today to be exact. And yes... my wife still has a look on her face and my daughter is engrossed in the Flintstones. I assume the little tooth will be out in a few days now. And we have a wedding to attend in 3 days so she maybe snaggle tooth for those pics!

I lost my teeth at 5... I remember it well. I guess it's just in the genes or something.

I used to tell my son that if he lied to me his teeth would get loose and fall out....

LMAO!!! It worked for awhile..then one day he came to me crying and said "mama...I swear I'm not lying about nothin but my tooths are loose"....LMAO!!! I told him he had to have lied about something so he started coming clean about all sorts of stuff. He lost like 3 teeth within a week...then someone (probably my ex) told him that he was supposed to loose his little teeth so he could get big teeth to be able to bite better with. LOL

Oh well.. All good stories come to an end...although he still somewhat believes me that mothers have a "special sense" and I can see little black dots appearing on his tongue if he is lying to me. So now if he is lying to me about something he usually covers his mouth so I can't see his tongue... :D I love 10 year olds!! LOL
