Any LOST fans?

Are any of you here fans of the TV show LOST? Figured with the final season premier airing very soon maybe some fellow fans may want to discuss it, as it is a very addicting yet confusing shows. They ride a fine line between making the "viewer" feel LOST, and keeping you hooked by revealing just enough. Ive found its fun to see where conversations go with regards to this show and what people think of the bits and pieces that have yet to be explained.

Been watching since season 1. Still have no idea what in the hell is going on.

Oh cmon Rob its not hard to figure out.lol....Love the show have seen every episode and watched them on DVD a few times.I hope they dont dissapoint with this last season but I dont think they will.

I do like it, I just hope they answer all the questions. Please, don't pull a "Sopranos" on us!

I dont think they will. I think the writers really embrace their fans, and they cant wait to reveal everything to us. When you watch interviews and see the way they respond to those questions they cant really answer, you can see that look that says "Man, I wish I could tell you, but when you DO get to find out it'll be worth it". That, and they knew how they where going to end it when they started it. They said from the begining that the story has a begining and an end.

And that was smart. Setting a stop point is always a good idea. So many good series have had one or two crappy seasons, because the writers just kept on going just to go on.

I have high expectations for the Final Season. But I think it will live up to them.

The producers said they will answer all the questions by shows end.They said there will be NO movie and we should be happy with the ending....but thats what they said.

I never miss it. I have all the box sets. Can't wait for all the answers!

So do I, and neither can I. And I know what you mean about shows dragging Rob. Im starting to get that feel from Heroes. It dosent seem like it's even GOING anywhere anymore. The whole plot changes every season. Makes it hard to keep interested. At least with LOST its always the same story and plot, your just getting to know more OF it, and your getting pieces that you didnt have earlier on. Heroes takes the pieces of info back from you the moment they give them to you.....

i tried to watch a few eps of this show and my summation of it was this:

ohh we're lost.. ohh we're not.. ohh things are crazy.. ohhh its ok now.. ohhh we're lost again....

probably not the best summation of what the show actually is but thats what i got outta the few eps I saw... and that was it for me

Did you try watching it from the begining Blay? If you havent, Id suggest giving it a shot, but looking at it from the point of view that you know there is actually and end, and a POINT to the show. That actually IS how the show works, but there are reasons for it that make it all make sense.

I did try watching it from the start but I just didnt get into it.


i was watching 30 Rock the other day and the one character goes "I hung out with JJ Abrams once.. he said the isladn is just Hurley's dream what ever that means"

I know its a joke and not at all how it will end but I found it funny

I've REALLY gotta buy these things on DVD and/or Blu Ray and find some time to watch them. This show looks SUPER interesting but I missed the first season and have avoided it since then because I knew that I'd be the one who was lost.

It's a great show just very confusing at times

Im not sure if any of you watch Lost but last night was kinda cool.It really reminded me of seasons 1 and 2.I really want to know what Jacob has planned for Jack.Yeah anyways good episode.

I've watched the show from the beginning, and I'm genuinely worried that there are no answers to the mysteries, or--if there are--they've been made up way after the mysteries have presented themselves. For example, I don't think they knew what was in the hatch when they first uncovered it. And that? That's kind of lame.

I am watching Lost. I'm behind a few weeks, but I have it DVR'd. Gonna have to catch up.

Love it! And we just got a DVR this week so I will never miss it again. My wife already programmed it to record the whole season!

Once you have a DVR, you will never NOT have one. It is fairly adicting.
