You've Just Won a Million Bucks! What Now?

Okay, totally hypothetical. You come into 1 million dollars (cue the Dr. Evil reference). How do you spend it?

Here's what I'd do:

250,000 in the bank.
Pay off every debt I own, my wife's and our families.
Buy a nice house (nothing ridiculous).
Buy something nice for my wife :)
Buy a slick, new ride.

Then, I would use some to take my wife on an awesome vacation.

After that, I'd start my own company, and invest in low risk things.

Not very sexy, but practical!

My wife would take it away from me.

Fly all you peeps up her for my graduation party in May.

Buy better booze than what I had been intending to for said party.
