Actually, yes. I will only step in to moderate something when necessary. All greivences are to be done via PM only. We're all adults here. I expect people to act like them.

If you can't take it, don't dish it out. Now, that doesn't mean it'll be a free for all, lol, but I am not gonna involve myself unless I deem it absolutely necessary.

I wanna have fun and not see a bunch of threads that really are just a way to slam each other and talk trash about what someone has done. Everyone has their own opinions and while it is great to say your opinion I don't think it is good to say that someone sucks because of their opinion or to say that their opinion is wrong. It is one thing to have a debate, but to constantly go on and on and on about something and berate others for how they feel then that isn't a constructive piece more like a destructive piece. For example it is fine to ask "what would you have done" but then don't talk bad about what someone has done or take it to another level and make it out to be something that it is not....
I hope everyone knows what I am trying to say...
If not then pm me and I will try to say it more clear... :)
Basically I want debates without the drama!! Fun without the harsh insults!!

I understand you completely Z.

Look, we all have opinions on any given subject, and we all have beliefs, convictions and emotional reasons for the way we think and believe.

The key to having debates without drama is to remember that even if you disagree, the other person has the right to believe and feel the way they do.

There is nothing wrong with telling someone you disagree with them, but there are tactful ways to explain your point of view on a given subject without belittling the other person or resulting to insults.

And remember, they guy or gal you are disagreeing with today may very well have the same view as you on the next subject.

I like the Sectorians to have a bit of self expression.

So we will leave sigs on and request that they be no larger than 500 x 300.

Hopefully that will make them easier on mobile users.

Anyone needing help with re-sizing of pics, please let me know and I will help out.
