My kids brought this over today and I have to say I was impressed.I will be honest i'm not a huge D.C. comics fan
like most of you guys here,but I do enjoy a good Batman movie/cartoon and this movie was pretty good.As i'm sure
most of you may have seen this already but for those who haven't but know the story about the Red Hood then you should
enjoy this quite a bit.As I said sometime ago,i haven't read a D.C. comic in a long time so i'm not sure if the movie
follows what is going on in the comics but I found that the use of the Death In The Family storyline used here to connect
the Red Hoods motives for revenge and to show Batman what he is doing wrong when it comes to dealing with criminals was
brilliant.I also enjoyed the fact that the studio made this so both adults and kids can enjoy.This movie is full of cameos
from Bat's rogue gallery like the Riddler,the BlackMask,and Ra's al Ghul,and the only disappointment was that the Joker isn't voiced
by Mark hamill like in past Batman animated movies but I did enjoy Di Maggio's take on the clown prince of crime.I loved
some of the dialouge and my favorite parts were when the Joker was on screen.So in closing,if you haven't seen this yet,
get out there and rent it or even buy it to add to your collection.

I couldn't stand it no more!!! I HAD TO GO RENT IT TO WATCH IT!!! IT WAS WORTH IT!! I read all the comics that this movie was derived from and now I just want to get them out and read them again!! THAT MOVIE WAS AWESOME!! OK.. so Batman wasn't voiced by Kevin Conroy but when it gets emotional.. you can hear BATMAN!!! Once this movie becomes a smidge cheaper.. I will buy it on Blu Ray and have it in my possesion!!

GO GET IT AND WATCH IT!!! You won't be disappointed!!

saw a preview on a rental. who is the cyborg in the movie?

If it was a couple of them, it could have been assassins going after Red Hood

from the shots in the trailer he was trying to kick bat's ass so I dunno.

This movie was great. I miss Conroy's Batman, but Bruce Greenwood does a great job, and it actually feels pretty close to Conroy's take. This is one of the better DCU movies I've seen so far, and just seeing Robin and Joker with the crowbar.....wow.

Pick this up, for sure.

I totally agree with Rob about the crowbar scene.

So, far as I know, they did not put this out on Blu-Ray.

I did buy it on DVD and have also put a copy on my PSP.

I still say that, if anyone reads this that has not seen it, you should watch it very soon.
You will be remiss about not having seen it sooner.

I think that this Dvd was one of the first comic animation dvds to have bought

I have to watch the beginning at least once a month.

I gotta find mine again.....

This is on the 'NO LOAN' list at my house.

yeah, the loss of so many DVDs is one of the reasons why I have gone to Blu-ray......no one else in my family has one...

we started to keep a dryerase board to keep track of who had what.......after that people stopped asking to borrow!! haha
