New Line Rebooting "Vacation" Franshise......

Chevy Chase and Beverly D'Angelo would reprise their roles as Clark and Ellen Griswold in a film said to follow a darker and more interesting "Planes, Trains and Automobiles" style tone than the cruder antics of the various sequels.

The main focus would be on the pair's son, a now adult Rusty Griswold, who sets out on a road trip with his wife and kids to the soon to be demolished Wally World. Clark and Ellen will only be small supporting roles apparently.




Uh........no. I love the originals. I wish Hollywood would actually come up with something NEW.

i always loved the Vacation films...

will uncle Eddie be in it?!...he HAS to be...

i'd give it a chance...

its not really a reboot.. just another sequel.

I only two I really liked were Vacation and Christmas Vacation.

Chase and D'Angelo are haggered now.. the less role they have in it the better
