Superman/Batman: Apocalypse

Coming out on DVD and BR Sept 28, this movie is based off the second Batman/Supman arc, The SUpergirl from Kyrpton by Jeph Loeb and the late Michael Turner. Check out the artwork for the cover. I think it looks pretty cool.

Should be cool. Especially if the animation mimics Michael Turner's beautiful art from that arc. I will say however that I was hoping the announced "Batman: Year One" would be the next dcu animated film released. Being a huge green Arrow fan I'm incredibly stoked about the G.A. short. The Spectre short was my fav dc animation ever. I'm also really excited about the Jonah hex short attatched to Under the Red Hood. Looks sweeeeeeet.

I saw that video on ENI News, makes it even more appealing, but why does Supes have to punch fire? Is that the hottest workout ever?

I just watched this and ...... WOW!!!! THIS IS ONE BADASS- AWESOME MOVIE!!! The characters are in awesome animation and the story is off the charts!!!

Best D.C. animated yet. The animation art was amazing and the fights were awesome!!!! This one surprised me. I've loved these dc animated films, but I thought this one would be so-so. Man was I wrong.

I watched it last night and Bats is right....really worth picking this up.Im not a big superman/batman fan but I loved it!

I liked it too. Not as good as Batman under the red hood, but still a great flick. DC is really knocking these animated movies out of the park. The All Atar Superman movie looks good too.

Watched this tonight. It's definitely not my favourite one, that's gotta be either Crisis or Public Enemies. Don't get me wrong, this one was still decent, I just don't think it's up to par with the two I mentioned.
