Official Thor movie thread!

It's still to early to tell a lot, but i think so far i like where this is going. And yes, this is an offically released pick. Say hello to the God of Thunder himself, Thor!

Yeah, the armor looks a little thin, but at least they got the basic aesthetics right

I too, agree, but I still need to see some better shots of it. I hope it looks a bit more liek actual armor when we see the final look, but so far, the basic look of it seems very consistant with Thor. Can't wait to see more from this movie.

aargh, OK im pretty much over anything marvel is doing by now. i was always a fan but i dont know if i can stand by while they make movies of the 'god of the sound lightning makes' i even yelled boo at the end of ironman 2 spoiler. this guy talks like down syndrome shakespere, hangs out in a place called assguard with the rainbow serpents. i dont think norse gods did a lot of hanging out in spandex,IDK maybe they'll pull it of, but maybe thors rediculousness will only be matched by some previously frozen douchbag in red, white and blue spandex. i believe the only way to revive these obviously outdated clowns is a COMPLETE overhaul. the only time i ever saw read about them was in avengers hand-me-down comics from 1980, issues 198 and 200, i never thought they could carry a solo story line

I like the look of these outfits. Now let's see if they can do the script without cheesing it out too much. This is going to be a movie that requires a lot of skill to write

Overall I say so far so good. Can't wait for a trailer. I like seeing Thor with his hammer. And yes, reports do say that he will wear the helmet at times, and I will assume Loki will have something too.

Soooo glad Loki has the helmet. Didn't like the first pic of him without it. I'm getting very excited about this movie. Throne set looks awesome too.
